Shipping & Delivery

Orders within United Arab Emirates

Orders are processed within 10–15 working days after order confirmation and shipped via courier at a standard rate of AED 30.

Due to high demand during sale periods, please allow 15–20 business days for delivery.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping within UAE takes an additional 1–2 days after dispatch.

Cash on delivery is available with no extra charge.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

We deliver worldwide.

Orders are processed within 10 working days after payment confirmation.

Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.

Shipping time for international orders is approximately 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Estimated delivery time is 10–17 days depending on customs clearance procedures.

A tracking number will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

A standard rate of AED 30 applies for all cities across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Shipping charges are included at checkout and are final.

Transit Time (Domestic)

Domestic shipments are typically delivered within 1–2 days after dispatch.

Transit Time (International)

International shipments are generally delivered within 3–7 days after dispatch.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 10–12 business days after confirmation.

Working hours: Saturday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Closed on Fridays and public holidays.

Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address can be updated anytime before the order is dispatched.

Tracking

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is damaged during transit, please reject it at delivery if possible and contact us immediately.

Sales tax is already included in the product prices displayed on our website.

Import Duties & Taxes

Saif Abaya is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to international orders. These charges must be paid by the customer.
